Steve Trammell – I am married to my best friend, Linda. We have three grown children we love (one married into the family) and a three-month-old grandson (Rylan) that has stolen our hearts. Brenda Holmes joined AO in January of 2006 after catching the vision of what God is doing on the Amazon through prior mission trips. She assists our team leaders with trip preparation, airline flights, visas, and coaching mission team members. She has recently spearheaded the Strategic Partnership area of AO. Brenda was on staff at a large, local church for many years where she served under several pastors. She and her husband are Covenant Members of The Village Church Plano Campus and serve as Deacons over Pre-Marital Ministry. She has two adult children and two grandchildren.

Marco Rêgo helped found AO in 1999 and leads every aspect of the ministry in Brazil including logistics, staffing, and managing church partnerships. Prior to entering full-time ministry, Marco had a successful career in technology. He is married to Hemily and they have two children, Lucas and Raquel.
Antônio Souza has been with AO since the beginning in 1999 and cares for our fleet of boats. He is responsible for maintaining the boats and equipment, as well as leading the boat captains and crews. His dedication and service enables teams from the US and Brazil to travel safely and in comfort. Antônio and his wife Beth have two daughters, Beatriz and Juliane. They are members of Igreja da Paz in Manaus.
Antônio Monteiro joined AO in 2005 and serves as a sailor and carpenter. He is responsible for general boat maintenance and repair, is a licensed sailor, and assists in well drilling operations. Antônio has two daughters, Carolina and Gabriele, and attends Ingreja Restauração in Manaus.
Nilson Alfaia joined AO in 2007 and leads our Water Well Drilling operations bringing clean water to scores of villages along the Amazon River. He is also a licensed sailor and captains our drilling boat, the Aguas de Amor. Nilson and his wife Elzy have two adult sons, Ytalo and Luan, and attend Ingreja Batista Constantinopolis in Manaus.
Grace Barbosa joined AO in 2008 and serves as Administrative Assistant to the Director and is in charge of all purchasing for the ministry. Grace and her husband Marco have two children, Norman and Stephanie, and are members of Igreja Batista Família de Deus in Manaus.
